The new look NEWFM Northern League One competition will feature league newcomers New Lambton FC taking on one of NNSWF’s oldest clubs in West Wallsend SFC at Alder Park on Saturday 11th March for the League One season opener.
The unified launch marks the start of an exciting 2017 season across the leagues with the PS4 NPL season to include the introduction of a number of Saturday night fixtures during the regular season.
The weekend of 18th & 19th March will be the Women in Football Round recognised across all Premier Competitions, which will be a round to celebrate the role woman have in football as not only players but also administrators, volunteers, wives, mothers, grandmothers and supporters generally. This weekend takes place at the conclusion of Football Federation Australia’s national celebration of Female Football Week.
The weekend of 3rd & 4th June will be the Men’s Health Round, which coincides with the start of Men’s Health Week. The round will take the opportunity to recognise and raise both awareness and funds for major men’s health issues.
