PS4 NPL WA Round 8 Review

Inglewood United remained top of the PlayStation 4 NPL WA ladder after a convincing 5-2 win over Armadale at Inglewood Stadium on Saturday.

Inglewood striker Kenny Keogh bagged his second brace in two games to bring his tally to eight goals this season.

It was the seventh win after eight rounds for the high flying Inglewood team.

Man of the match Kenny Keogh shared the praise with his team mates.

“We played an excellent game,” he said. “Our current form comes as no surprise to me. We had an excellent pre-season and we work very hard and professional with coach Taki Nicolaidis.”

Bayswater City maintained their charge towards the top of the ladder with a 2-1 win over old rivals Perth Soccer Club at Finance 365 Stadium.

Jason Mirco proved to be the match winner with a brace as the defending champions showed that they wouldn’t be giving up their crown without a fight.

Former Perth Glory midfielder Steven McGarry helped ECU Joondalup to a 2-0 win against Glory youth at Ashfield Arena.

Stirling Lions great form continued after a dominant 5-0 win over Sorrento at Percy Doyle Reserve.

A last minute goal from Floreat Athena captain Ludovic Boi devastated Balcatta with a dramatic 3-2 win at Grindleford Reserve.

A goal from Angel Andres denied Subiaco all three points as Cockburn were held to a 1-1 draw at Dalmatinac Park.
