PS4 NPL South Australia Review: Round 21

Raiders made a winning start under new coach Joel Porter, recording a 2-1 victory over Croydon while substitute Marco Mittiga bagged a stoppage time winner to help Adelaide City snatch all three points against Modbury Jets.

Quick-fire goals from Jordan O’Doherty and Elvis Kamsoba gave Raiders a half-time advantage, although Andreas Wiens netted an overhead goal to give the Kings hope. Herman Fombason sealed the points inside the final 15 minutes. The win has sent Raiders up to eighth position, two points clear of the relegation zone.

Campbelltown City made a statement after defeating local rivals Adelaide Blue Eagles 2-1 last Saturday at Marden Sports Complex in Round 21 of PlayStation 4 NPL South Australia. 

Campbelltown now find themselves in sixth position but level with Blue Eagles and Adelaide City with 37 points and just two wins off top spot.

Substitute Marco Mittiga bagged a stoppage time winner to help Adelaide City snatch all three points from Modbury Jets in a close affair at Jet Park on Friday night in Round 21 of PlayStation 4 NPL South Australia.
