Adelaide United's youthful outfit get another crack against a team near the top of the table in Round 14 of PlayStation 4 NPL South Australia.
League leaders Adelaide City welcome Adelaide United to Adelaide City Park in Round 14 of the PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues South Australia this Saturday.
The Oakden-based side is coming off a 2-0 win against Para Hills Knights, which City midfielder Nic Bucco described as another tough game.
“I think we weren’t at our best,” Bucco said.
“And I think that was due to Para Hills making it difficult for us.
“And I think we made it difficult for ourselves, not putting away our chances, and the second half showed that.
“Para Hills got back into the game, really well – credit to them. A bit unfortunate for them not to get a result, but the way we see it is we did what we had to do, without being pretty.”
City sit six points ahead of second-placed Adelaide Comets – a points gap large enough for some teams to get complacent.
