PS4 NPL SA Round 12 Preview

Expect the unexpected when two of the competition’s most inconsistent sides, Cumberland United and Adelaide Blue Eagles, battle it out to keep their seasons alive in Round 12 of PlayStation 4 NPL South Australia.

Cumberland United v Adelaide Blue Eagles

When they last met in Round 1 at Marden Sports Complex, it was Cumberland who emerged convincing 3-0 winners, and with that victory brought high expectations for the newly-promoted Cumberland. But it has been a turbulent time since for the Foxes, with a change in Coach, some disappointing losses in between some competitive performances.

The Foxes enter this match with confidence on the back of a good win over “giant killers” Adelaide United. They have a good blend of experience across the park, and should give their visitors a competitive contest.

Adelaide Olympic v Adelaide United Youth

Adelaide United Head Coach, Huss Skenderovic is confident his Reds will be able to get the win this time over Adelaide Olympic in Round 12 of the PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues at The Parks Football Centre on Saturday night.

It will be a Spartanic battle between the two sides for the much-needed three points, in which it will help to keep their season alive, as well as their place in the competition.

Despite a good run in form as of late, Adelaide United currently sit in 11th on the league standings, while Adelaide Olympic sit not far above, in ninth.

Adelaide United met with Olympic at the start of the season, where they fell 0-3 at The Parks Football Centre.

Last match day, Adelaide United tried to weather the storm on a difficult battleground, but had conceded a goal that saw them subdued by Cumberland United at A.A Bailey Reserve.
