PS4 NPL SA 2015 Preview

The PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues (NPL) South Australia 2015 Season is shaping up to be another hotly fought contest.

2014 Champions Croydon Kings will be aiming to retain their crown while National Champions MetroStars SC will be looking to translate their PlayStation 4 NPL Finals Series success in to a local title under the leadership of promoted coach Michael Pirone.

Both Adelaide Blue Eagles and Adelaide City will be pushing to progress further in the competition this year and targeting another crack at the championship with their strong sides.

Unquestionably the side to have recruited strongly in the off-season is West Adelaide. Boss Paul Pezos has brought a number of big names into his side who, if they can gel, will aim to take top spot in their second season in the Premier League competition.

Adelaide Comets will look to emulate their 2014 results and prove that last season was not a one-off while 2013 Champions Campbelltown City will desire to get back to their high-flying ways.

Elevated sides Modbury Jets and Port Adelaide Pirates will both aim to avoid the drop and stabilise for future seasons.

A late season recovery saw Para Hills burst clear of the relegation zone to secure what was in the end a fairly comfortable survival.

Inconsistency proved Raiders downfall in 2014 but Carl Maynard has a budding squad which will aim to gain the consistency needed to impress in the season ahead.

South Adelaide mixed impressive results with heavy defeats in their debut Premier League season and will be hoping to improve on their record going ahead.

Coaching changes at both West Torrens Birkalla and White City along with additions to their sides will bring hope that these adjustments bring them towards finals contention.
