A dramatic injury time leveller from Hayden McHenery has earned Western Pride a valuable 1-1 away draw against Moreton Bay United at Wolter Park.
McHenery’s goal - his first in the national second tier – ends a four match losing streak in all competitions for Pride and came following extended periods of pressure from the Jets, who took the lead in the first half via veteran striker Royce Brownlie.
The result sees Jets hopes of becoming the first PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland club to defend their Premiership in doubt with just six points from their past six outings. Both sides remain unmoved in the league standings, with Jets holding on to sixth position and Pride entrenched in tenth.
