PS4 NPL SA Round 17 Preview

West Adelaide are pushing for a home final whilst Adelaide United need points to get into the top six on Saturday.

West Adelaide v Adelaide United Youth

Adelaide United travel to Adelaide Shores Football Centre to tackle a revitalised West Adelaide in Round 17 of the PlayStation 4 National Premier League on Saturday.

The Reds will be desperate to get back on track with a win, and avoid the danger of the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, West Adelaide need to continue to cement their spot in the top six and push for a finals berth.

Adelaide United were victorious over the Blue and Whites when they faced in the Riverland, with a great 3-1 performance at Berri Memorial Oval as part of Football Federation SA’s 2017 Regional Round.

Last week, a Tommy Briscoe hat-trick was the highlight of their tussle with Cumberland United. And a Nathan Konstandopoulos wonder-strike was not enough for United to get any points out of their 1-2 defeat against Para Hills Knights.

Para Hills Knights v Adelaide Blue Eagles

Adelaide Blue Eagles, usually a powerhouse of the top flight, now find themselves battling for survival to stay in the top echelon.

Three loses in their last three outings and their assignment this week doesn’t get any easier as they prepare to tackle a Para Hills Knights side in red hot form, and brimming with confidence, in Round 17 of the PlayStation 4 National Premier League at The Paddocks.

Unlike their visitors, Para Hills have recorded three consecutive victories, and have the chance of leaping into the top six at the expense of Campbelltown City (who play 3rd place MetroStars) if they can continue their winning sequence against an unpredictable Blue Eagles side.
