Blacktown City, Sydney Olympic and Rockdale City Suns maintained their run without a loss during the Easter weekend while Hakoah Sydney City East secured an almighty three goal comeback to nab a draw with Bonnyrigg White Eagles.
In this week’s Match of the Round Sydney Olympic were too good for Manly United on Good Friday.
Manly United 0 - Sydney Olympic FC 1 at Cromer Park
A second half goal from Sydney Olympic FC substitute Yu Kuboki was enough to beat Manly United 1-0 during their PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s clash on Friday night at Cromer Park.
In a high quality encounter, the 90 minutes had a finals feel to it, despite being only round six of the competition.
A sublime performance from Olympic midfielder Max Burgess inspired his side to victory and handed Manly their first defeat of the season.
It was a hard fought match battled out primarily in the midfield trenches with Burgess’ slick touch and Kuboki’s 61st minute finish the difference.

Hakoah Sydney City East 3 - Bonnyrigg White Eagles 3 at Hensley Athletic Field
Bonnyrigg White Eagles were forced to succumb to a 3-3 draw with Hakoah Sydney City East after conceding three second half goals during their PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s clash at Hensley Athletic Field.
An Andre De Jong double, including a 94th minute equaliser, led the Hakoah fightback while an own goal to David Vrankovic wrapped up the incredible result.
It was a bitter pill to swallow for Brian Brown’s side who took a 3-0 lead at the break thanks to goals from Greg Kondek and Hassan Jalloh, while Gideon Sweet scored an own goal on the cusp of half time.
The draw was Bonnyrigg’s first points of the season but the frustration of what could've been is sure to linger.

APIA Leichhardt Tigers FC 3 - Sydney FC 0 at Lambert Park
APIA Leichhardt Tigers has returned to the winners circle with a comprehensive 3-0 PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s competition win against Sydney FC at Lambert Park.
In a match of end to end action, APIA looked in control for almost the whole 90 minutes with goals to Tasuku Sekiya, Sean Symons and Matthew West securing the result and all three points.
It was a tough day at the office for Sydney FC who could not make the most of their expansive play and never truly looked threatening.
The result gives APIA five wins from six starts and has the side firming as one of the PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s competition favourites

Sutherland Sharks 0 - Rockdale City Suns 2 at Seymour Shaw
Rockdale City Suns cruised to a 2-0 PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s win over Sutherland Sharks at Seymour Shaw on Saturday night.
First half strikes from Harris Gaitatzis and Jordan Figon helped the visitors to a comfortable win on the road.
Rockdale were in control of the match from the outset and might have won by a greater margin were it not for a stoic performance from Sutherland goalkeeper Nathan Denham, who kept his side within touching distance of an impressive Rockdale outfit.

Blacktown City FC 2 - Parramatta FC 2 at Lily’s Football Centre
Parramatta FC has secured a hard-earned PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s competition point with a 2-2 draw against Blacktown City at Lily’s Football Centre.
The visitors clung on for the draw after captain Ibrahim Haydar headed an equaliser only minutes into the second half.
It was a frustrating result for Blacktown who fought back after conceding an early goal to Jordan Crighton thanks to strikes from Joey Gibbs and James Andrew.
Although Mark Cittenden’s side would have preferred to have gone home with a win, the result means Blacktown hold onto their unbeaten start to the season.

Sydney United 58 2 - Wollongong Wolves 0 at Sydney United Sports Centre
Sydney United 58 cruised to their third straight win with a 2-0 PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s victory against Wollongong Wolves at Sydney United Sports Centre on Easter Monday.
A first half finish from Riley Woodcock and a thunderous shot from Panny Nikas secured the win for the Reds as the side continues its incredible form revival.
Justin Pasfield was in great form for Wollongong between the sticks but his heroics could not save his side from defeat.
It was another frustrating result for Wollongong who were unable to build on the momentum from last week’s win against APIA Leichhardt.
